Any transformation is profiled together with the directors of the centre. All the elements, processes and the implementation calendar are agreed.
We study in depth the philosophy and Educational style of the institution, as well as the centre’s strategic plans. Our proposals are really and practically adapted to your identity.
Our frameworks for action are gradual and pluri-annual, following the rythym of the institution according to each centre’s own characteristics.
We intend to activate services which impact on the whole educative community, in an inter-discplinary manner, to the benefit of students, teachers, families, directors and the centre’s other collaborators.
Our services follow the institution’s rythym, providing agile, just-in-time answers . One part of the Crsis Plan, for exemple, requires immediate answers from us.
We begin with a detailed diagnosis of the institution or centre, taking a photograph at three levels: historical, cultural and technical. This includes the educational style, the institution’s strategy, the corresponding scientific evidence, the level of students’ and families’ satisfaction and other indicators.
Afterwards, we develop a pluriannual structural proposal as a framework for the different actions that will be activated over that period of time. That includes plans for the areas of communications, inclusion and Horizon 2030. In this way we provide pedagogical coherence and gradual adjustment at the same time as we start the communication of these actions to the rest of the educational community.
A process of joint design of the series of interventions. This includes a controlled roll-out of actions throughout the period, first as a pilot and afterwards in a more generalised manner. At this moment we activate the mechanisms of evaluation and the process of communication to the community continues.
We execute a pilot study in the operative unit which has been agreed (centre, year, course or group of students). We analyse the indicators of this group and act in consequence, be it redesigning the test proceeding to the next phase.
We proceed to a general intervention following the agreed parameters validated by the pilot study.
We communicate all of the developed actions to the educational community in the context of the structural proposal and the plan for review and evaluation.
We periodically monitor the previously defined evaluation indicators and profile any necessary changes, while keeping the educational community fully informed.
